Please read these terms carefully before visiting our cafe
1. General Terms
By visiting Mysore Traditional Cafe, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our services.
2. Service Hours
Our cafe operates during the hours specified on our website and at our premises. We reserve the right to modify our operating hours during public holidays, festivals, or special occasions. Last orders are accepted 30 minutes before closing time.
3. Food Safety & Hygiene
We maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with FSSAI regulations. All our food items are prepared fresh daily using quality ingredients. However, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from allergens. Please inform our staff of any food allergies or dietary restrictions.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. We accept cash, UPI, and major credit/debit cards. Service charges and applicable taxes will be added to your bill as per government regulations.
5. Conduct & Behavior
We expect all customers to maintain respectful behavior towards our staff and other patrons. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask customers to leave if they engage in disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior. Smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited on our premises.
6. Seating & Reservations
Seating is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. During peak hours, we may implement time limits for table occupancy to accommodate all customers. We do not currently accept reservations except for large groups (10+ people) with advance notice.
7. Outside Food & Beverages
Outside food and beverages are not permitted on our premises, except for infant food and in cases of specific medical dietary requirements with prior approval from management.
8. Lost & Found
While we make every effort to safeguard items left on our premises, Mysore Traditional Cafe is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have left something behind.
9. Photography & Social Media
Customers are welcome to take photographs of their food and the cafe ambiance for personal use and social media. However, commercial photography or videography requires prior written permission from management.
10. Complaints & Feedback
We value your feedback and take all complaints seriously. If you have any concerns about our service or food quality, please speak to our manager immediately or contact us via email at hello@mysorecafe.com. We will make every effort to address your concerns promptly.
11. Liability
Mysore Traditional Cafe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your visit or use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the products or services in question.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or display at our premises. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
