Established in 2024, TMC – The Mysore Café is a Brisk Service Restaurant dedicated to bringing the rich tapestry of South Indian, Indian, Tandoor, and Chinese cuisine, along with exquisite sweets, to every table. Our mission is simple yet heartfelt: to celebrate time- honoured culinary traditions while serving meals that are fast, fresh, and bursting with flavour.
At the helm of our kitchen is a head chef with over 30 years of culinary mastery, guiding every dish with care, precision, and passion. From the crisp golden dosas, soft f luffy idlis, and Savory vadas to smoky tandoor specialties, rich curries, and aromatic biryanis, each plate tells a story of heritage and authenticity. The Art of Filter Coffee
Our time-honored brewing process
Selection & Roasting
We source premium coffee beans from Coorg and Chikmagalur, roasting them in small batches to perfection with just the right amount of chicory.
Traditional Brewing
The coffee is brewed using a traditional South Indian filter, allowing hot water to slowly drip through the grounds for hours.
Perfect Serving
The decoction is mixed with hot milk and served in the iconic steel tumbler and dabarah, creating the perfect frothy texture.
